Marlin Commercial Realty is a boutique real estate investment firm with one primary focus - Apartments. Headquartered in Phoenix, Marlin Commercial Realty began in 1992 with the mission to concentrate solely on the local multi-family market. It became apparent early on that a smaller, local firm with one main emphasis could supply the apartment investor with excellent service, superior access to information and attention to detail. As our organization is built on that same entrepreneurial culture as that of many of our investors, we have strived to form that long lasting relationship so crucial to a successful business operation. We have always put our client’s needs first and have believed that information, trust and integrity are as important to our clients as they are to us.
Over the last 15 years, multi-family properties have proven to be very lucrative for the real estate investor and have been consistent income producers. We have assisted many of our clients from becoming small investors with a few units to large investors with several hundred units. In recent years, we have added the brokerage of multi-family land for future development of apartment properties to our list of services.
