Linda K. Fritz-Salazar is one of the founding principals and current designated broker/president of the firm. In her 22 years of specializing in commercial real estate brokerage, Linda has successfully brokered the sale or acquisition of thousands of completed apartments units and the acquisition of numerous land parcels for apartment property development. Prior to forming Marlin Commercial Realty, Linda was a commercial lender with two local financial institutions.

Linda’s knowledge of the apartment industry has been hands on, having owned and managed several of her own properties.

Linda grew up in Elgin, Illinois. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, where she was active with the University, serving on the Steering Committee for The Student Foundation, and as treasurer and then president for her sorority, Chi Omega.

Linda’s hobbies are many. She and her husband, Manny love to play golf, and test their skills at 3-D archery shoots. Their free time is often spent with their three Labradors, two of which are active in field trials, while the third is now retired from competition and enjoys his life as “Mom’s Lap Dog”

Bob grew up in Pennsylvania among the Amish community. He served four years in the Marines and moved to Phoenix in 1967. Bob graduated from Phoenix College and attended Arizona State University. He worked in the Banking Industry for 15 years before going into golf course management. Loving the outdoors and especially fishing, Bob and his wife, Barb, along with their two black Labs, moved to the White Mountains, living in Lakeside for six years. It was during this time that Bob became actively involved in real estate, starting in residential where he obtained his GRI and then concentrating on the commercial side.

When Bob’s wife was transferred back to the Phoenix Office in 2004, he joined Marlin Commercial Realty.
